MLB. Highlight .... WTF ?

Just saw one of the weirdest highlights ever.
Nationals defeated the Cards 6-4 in 10.
Washington LF Morse hits a hr ....
apparently. Umpires first rule it was not a HR, but upon further review they got it correct.

Now the weird part.

The umpires made him rerun the bases, but again it gets weirder. He had to go back to the plate, make a pretend swing and then rerun the bases.

It has to do with making it an "official" homerun, the original play was called not a "HR", so the runners did not make it around the bases.

That reenactment was weird. I've never seen that before. I thought just the trot from home would have sufficed, but that swing without a bat. :crazy:

OK, that makes sense. I could not understnd why the umpire would make him swing. lol
