Seems a lady died in Mississauga today. In a hotel fire????? Saw some Police activity at Brittania and Hwy 10 I know that's a pretty popular SP corner. Anyone have any details?

Report today confirms she was murdered prior to the fire. They released her name but said nothing about her age.
Would not surprise me if she was an sp At least she was here on a work visa. There seems to be an influx of working girls coming in on tourist visas.
If this is true, it's more ammo that Harper needs to try to push through C-36. Sad that people are being used in this way for the sake of politics.
So sad. This lady came to Canada for a better life and to send money home to her elderly mother and 22yo son. Instead she winds up brutally murdered by a costumer in the sex trade. And this scum is up on assault charges relating to another SP in July.
Ladies the police are appealing to others that may have been harmed by this guy (but didn't report it) to come forward. They are promising no repercussions whatsoever for any SP related activities. So please have a good look at his picture and spread it around to your colleagues. Most importantly - be very safe out there and always have a buddy system!

Would like to add something here about Evelyn. I met her about 3 months ago, we collided into each other in a nearby Best Buy and had a coffee afterwards. She told me that she was an escort and at times wished that I would come see her though I never did. What we diid though, was become good friends and kept in touch almost daily by texting. She was a very wonderful woman, full of life and laughter and her love was being a nanny on weekdays. She only started escorting the first part of this year to try and make extra money to bring her son over here when he finished school and to send money home to help her mother that was in a home with a heart problem. Though I offered many times, she would not take anything from me to help at all. She had been a nanny in other countries but came here as her sister was here and loved Canada. She was hoping to leave the "trade" early next year. She had it calculated to have enough by then. It was not something she liked doing.
I just hope that when it does comes to court, that her name isn't dragged though the "mud" and that the case stays with what HE done in taking her life and destroying a family with such a tragic loss.
