Does anyone know where in toronto they sell extra-strength minoxidil (rogaine) - not just the regular strength hair regrowth stuff? Not that I'm even sure it works. But the shopper's drug mart doesn't sell the "extra-strength" 5% instead of 2% stuff.

Do what I do, I drive to Buffalo every 6 months and buy three 3-packs of generic Rogaine.
One pack of 3 bottles costs $30 (thats 10 bucks a bottle for the 5% solution).
One bottle lasts 30 days, so 3 of those packs last me 6 to 9 months, I pay a total of $90 plus gasoline costs to drive to NY
Here that same 3-pack would cost me $150 to $ 175, so for three 3-packs that would be about $500
I save a total of almost $400 by simply driving across the border twice a year

I don't think so as it thickens the follicles that have thinned due to male pattern baldness while thickening a beard would involve follicles that are at full thickness already. Rogaine does not make more hairs grow but rather makes the existing scalp hairs thicken to previous levels..... if you are one of the people it works for that is.a 1 player said:
