Despite the fact that Virgin airlines have hot stewardesses and a colorful atmosphere, I would suspect that they would have reacted in the same way since they are also a mainstream airline.

If you're going to do the Mile High Club thing, keep it quiet and discreet.

I don't think the issue was so much about the sex....it was more their behaviour after they got caught.
If they would have been quiet, the crew would have probably moved on.
