Felt the same from outside on my first visit last month but it's totally different once I got in. Professional front desk, clean and spacious rooms with ambient lighting. Well hung wall mirrors provides great view. Judgement free zone. VERY fetish friendly. Rates range from $100-$350 depending on what you're up for & how long you'll stay. Definitely a repeat. Both Goth Goddess Bambi and Touch of Heaven Kallie are amazing. They have some great reviews here.
