Yeah, not to pile on, but I have a hard time believing anyone thinks Trump bought Garland.

I am curious to know what is going on here. It could be the DOJ has a super secret investigation going on right now, and they are going to crucify folks (maybe Trump, maybe not) in the next little while. Now that I've written this, if does feel a little QAnon....

But, there appears to be a preponderance of evidence that there might have been a conspiracy. If the DOJ isn't pushing forward with all of this, I don't know why. Are they afraid that no matter how justified the case might be, it will be viewed as partisan? Maybe Garland thinks it might be better to spare the country of another divisive battle? I mean, a lot of people felt that Ford was right for pardoning Nixon for this reason....
