(May 25, 2007) -- Stacked up against other municipalities' proactive work to restrict body-rub parlours, Guelph's efforts to this point has been sorely lacking, allowing the establishments to flourish here. But now that Guelph city council has approved a motion to create a category for body-rub parlours within the city's business licensing bylaw we should finally be able to keep them from proliferating as they have in recent years. And that's the right thing to do.
