Does anyone know of a local sex counselor here in Ottawa they'd like to share contact information ? I'm not sure I'd be comfortable talking with my doctor and would prefer someone who would be non-judgemental with respect to the hobbying lifestyle. I would say I'm not old, yet ! I seem to have lost my mojo and realize diet, exercise, medication can all play a big role toward sexual satisfaction. I think the time has come for me to admit maybe I need to learn something rather than just letting my body respond. Perhaps I need to do specific exercise, have a certain diet. I just don't know and this is what I hope to learn.
