I can ruin this by invoking the SCIENCE. It's been found that eating releases oxytocin, the neurotransmitter that can be called the "love" hormone. It's related to maternal behaviours, bonding/trust etc. Touch causes its release, and so does eating, which is why people pig out when they feel sad/lonely. If you broke up with someone, and you're eating mass quantities of ice cream, you could try spending some time hugging someone instead.

Oh yeah, food isn't as big a deal for me as most people, but a well-marinated Kobe beef steak? I don't know if even the most seductive SP would win vs one of those for me... maybe if I was already full.

I just think bikeboy hasn't been open and honest about his feelings for Ang yet, which is why we get all this pent up sexual tension between the two of them. And then add the fact their SO's want each other, and it becomes an entirely homo-erotic event.
