Of course you know TBD has serious criminal charges against him and the DA has ordered the site closed - but that ruling is being appealed. If TBD loses the RICO charges the site would be forfeited to the U.S. government. In many cities it is well known that cops have monitored the boards for years to set up stings and post fake reviews as in Seattle to lure customers and arrest them.
TER sadly has other problems. Many providers will not take clients that mention TER. Reviews have to be "juicy" to get approved, not honest. Often the only way to get reviews accepted is to make up things. Too bad since TER could be a good board if it wasn't for its dishonest policies reducing sexworkers to objects requiring lots of penthouse type reviews, fake or not, to be accepted.
