Hi guys I have heard the term mechanical on occasion regarding the quality of service for sp's and really not sure what that means and would like more details about it.

well, can't blame the OP quite so badly, as "Mechanical" has a number of legitimate definitions. That being said, if it came up as "Performed or performing in an impersonal or machinelike manner; automatic", one could assume the OP could apply the information to the subject. :wink:
