What the hell is "one touch"? Hopefully this clown will never see freedom again ( if guilty). He was already in jail for another killing so there was no need to call a big press conference to announce the additional charges. How did he manage to operate in such a brutal, loud and arrogant manner for so long before being busted? I have to say that this big announcement has more than something to do with Blair trying to substantiate his police budget which defied the requested 10% cut . I certainly don't know the details of the investigation, but anybody who can access youtube can see what this guy was about. He probably bragged about his deeds to the wrong person, then maybe a forensic match on the bullets....case closed. Just a 100 million dollar guess, which I'm sure Blackrock will be appalled by.
