This is what I came-up with:

• A regular razor and shaving cream
• electric personal trimmer
• waxing
• laser hair removal

waxing is out of the question, too much pain.
Has anyone tried laser hair removal? Does it work? will they even do the groin area?

This is funny because I do the opposite. I always use men's shaving cream and Gillette men's disposal razors for the delicate area's. It's the only thing i've found that consistently prevents razor burn. Still happens occasionally but not nearly as often.

For someone that doesnt groom I thought it might be usefull to suggest he try a beard trimmer rather than to ask him to shave. I loved it when one of my fuzzier exes use to trim his chest as well.
