Every couple of months I bust my Realtor's sexy bum and ask her to check the titles on all my properties to ensure nothing has changed. I also monthly check my Equifax credit report to make sure nothing has changed without my doing. I've been doing this ever since mortgage fraud became a thing.

A smart thing to do.

Same. I have credit check availability for free with a couple of banks. For both TransUnion and Equifax

You haven't busted her bum yet though?

I do enjoy looking at her bum when she's bringing me to the second floor. I've always ensured she goes first but I have never attempted to kiss, touch or lick her bum because it is never a good idea to mix business and pleasure. Don't get me wrong, I would love to but then I'd have to fire her and I'm sure she prefers me as a client.

Title fraud insurance should be mandatory.
Some cases in Toronto:

It’s absolutely insane to think that there are people with million dollar houses that are not insured for title fraud. It’s just a one time fee, and you have peace of mind for the rest of your life.

Why risk losing your entire house worth millions of dollars when you can just pay a few hundred?
