Agreed 100% with the death penalty. What about the option of cutting off his balls with a dull knife, no anesthesia and set him loose in a lion's den.

I don't favour the death penalty but he should definitely be off the streets for good. Besides, I hear people who mess around with kids have a 'great' time in prison.

In 2008 he kidnapped a boy at knife point and sexually assaulted him for 6 hours. That boy will never be the same again. For that he got 10 years in prison of which he served 8. So why didn't they keep him in for the full 10 if he was at a high risk to reoffend? And is there no mechanism in our justice system to indefinitely keep one incarcerated if there's a significant public risk? He obviously didn't respond positively to treatment. I don't care how much it costs to contain him if there is a greater than 50% chance he would reoffend he shouldn't be allowed out in public.

Only the death penalty can guarantee that.

Not sure if it's true anymore but 15 or 20 years ago the junction had quite a number of halfway houses for sex offenders, some within 1 or 2 blocks from schools. Government planning at its finest
