I would like to hear your opinion and suggestions in this service. Would you ever consider using this service, cars providing this service will be strictly high end cars (Mercedes S class, Lexus LS and new SUVs). Price range for this service will range ~ $800 one way, ~1100$ both way .

Mercedes S and Lexus LS. That's apples and oranges. Can't even compare the S and LS. There's a $40K difference in price and luxury.

Would the car be available throughout the stay, or is it strictly drop-offf & pick up? I can't see any advantage to this over air travel.

It'll be a very niche market.
You will need to be out there looking for longer termed clients. Corporations, firms etc. Research and contact these to gauge their interests first.

As someone mentioned, flying is also an option for them.
