"Lookism — discriminatory treatment of unattractive people — is real, and its effects on men and women are well-documented. But to radical incels, it represents something deeply sinister"

"Penis stretching, wrist enlargement, eyebrow botox, “neck training,” nostril shrinking, steroid use and 3D-printed skull implants are among a long list of desired procedures and “coping strategies” discussed at length on male “looksmax” websites."

"“Rate my face.” “Dropped 7K on a nose job.” “Worthy of blond girl?” “No Tinder matches in first 24 hours - is it over?” Thousands of men and teenage boys who are unhappy with how they look are joining anonymous “looksmax” forums."

"Thousands of "involuntarily celibate" men in online forums are consumed by misogynist entitlement and a skin-deep quest for self-improvement."

"More than ever, the pressure to look perfect is taking a toll on both and women and men, sometimes resulting in body dysmorphia and shame. But it has sparked a distinctly masculine response from the radical incels who frequent these online looksmax communities: violent rage."

Fortunately, since those who respond with violent rage, which they and their like imagine to be distinctly masculine, are not reproducing we can look to that fallacy — phallusy? — disappearing.

Many of us males are living, spawning proof that looks and cartoon versions of masculinity have nothing to do with attracting women.

Incells just don’t seem to get it. The reason they can’t get laid isn’t because they’re ugly. It’s because they’re the sort of person who assumes that the reason they’re not getting sex is because they’re ugly. If you look at life like a video game where the only goal is to get sex and try to “min-max” yourself to get it, you’re not gonna get sex. It’s not your looks, it’s your stupid, stupid brain and your shitty attitude.

Jason Lee (My Name Is Earl) is correct, if you want a good relationship with girls/women you have to create positive karma. It's not all about chemistry. Even if it means spending time in the "friend zone", put in the time and your patience will be rewarded.

Something our beloved Smallcock has yet to learn.

Male body dysmorphia disorder is a serious problem indeed. It is important to realize that this “is” a disorder that requires treatment.

I'm on the fence here.

On one side, there is an undeniable social attack on men to be this, that and other. Just like women. We have to be thin, DD, blonde, flat stomach after carrying your 2 children in our bodies. Etc. The push for larger penis, thick lush hair, 8pack abs, and all that goes along with being a "true male". So I get the frustration.

On the other hand, some men are playing the blame game here. Men are not entitled to sex. Sorry but you are not. Women are obligated to fuck you. Women are not entitled to husbands wallets either by comparison.

These incels however are totally off the mark with their BS. These men feel itbus a woman's job to duck them. Any woman. And they feel that celibacy has been force upon them because women have denied them. None of them take responsibility for themselves and what their actions may do to cause this.

If a man walks up to me with "Your hot, wanna fuck?" My answer is going to be no. I don't care if you are Brad Pitt, before he last his prime and was actually hot. These men fail to realize it is not their Lois that fail them. It is there attitude.

Ugly and broke is a tough package to work with. You need at least one. Looks or money. I’ve found that both is a nice bonus.

I heard the term "incel" about 6 months ago and sounded as stupid then as it does now. Weird, classifying shit the internet has given us...….
Agreed - nutters they are.

But ignoring the BS that the OP has put forward which is taking this to the extreme, there is no doubt there are certain advantages and disadvantages to beauty or being unattractive. Can we agree that a female sportscaster who is beautiful is less likely to be taken seriously and thought of as knowledgeable then one that's less attractive? I know some people that think beautiful women are stuck up bitches without ever having spoken with them and treat them as such. There are a lot of assumptions people make about other people based on their looks. I would guess there are more advantages than disadvantages to beauty/looks but we'd need a real study to be done to come up with all the stats and different aspects.

On the other side, besides obviously the sexual/relationship rejection factor, people shy away from unattractive people, make fun of them, maybe think badly of them. The belief is that good looking people might get out of certain situations (e.g. a ticket) whereas the less attractive person doesn't.

What's interesting are those hidden camera shows where they'll use an attractive person and a less attractive person to do a variety of tasks or engage in a variety of scenarios and you see the difference in how both will be treated by the same person. There's even instances where it's the same person just cleaned up with better hair/makeup or they wear some prosthetics to make themselves look different.

Incels are fucking losers with unrealistic expectations.

Do you seriously think you should have an equal opportunity at Margot Robbie?

The problem with those dudes is they identify things that should be looked as problems to overcome as impassable roadblocks.

Go to any Wal Mart and you'll see plenty of average to below average people who have hooked up.

Reminds me of the guy who talked about being short and looking for leg lengthening as the solution to his problems with women.

These are the same guys who will turn their nose up at a homely girl when that's who they should be gunning for.

Everyone judges based on looks. Been that ways since the beginning of time. People need to be realistic about what their looks can get them. But they also need to realize that there are other factors other than looks that can improve their options. Money, confidence, notable skill/talent, sense of humour, social IQ, fun to be with, good provider etc. Combine that with adjusting who you are targeting and you'll do just fine.

.
Whatever happened to him? Since his surgery he's disappeared... probably married a bombshell.

Do you think that women who get fake tits are also losers?

Regardless of whether or not Incels have other bits right (attractiveness, wealth, etc. does play a role in finding partners), the fact that one of their core tenets is that men are entitled to sex is what writes them off entirely.

You have to be fuck-able to have sex. A seething cauldron of grievances against women and society doth not fuckable make. That's lesson 1.

80% of women are fucking 20% of guys out there.

It's not necessarily looks that puts you in that 20%...
Just like in high school, or porn. LOL...
