I was just wondering if there was any real estate agents or landlords/superindants that frequent this board that would be ok renting to me. I am looking for a personal place as well as a business location. I fo have full time work so income is not a problem on paper.

so...2 bedrooms? 3? aptment? townhouse? will they care about getting paid rent in cash? visitor parking? causaul traffic in and out of the unit...but most important are the neighbours nosy?
