Looking for sp with heavy makeup

Anyone know of any sp that wears heavy make-up like this girl? Altough I do like oriental girls, the sp does not have to be oriental, just want sp that wears heavy eye-makeup and heavy foundation.

I find special request don't go over well. Either the girl usually does it or she isn't interested in it. Whenever I have made special requests with an sp, I usually get the answer of "I don't do that" or they just ignore the request altogether as if I never asked it.

I think that would depend on the request. I assume most SPs wouldn't find a heavy makeup request a big deal. There are quite a few who wear pretty heavy makeup anyway, lol, and I'm sure the others (like me) wouldn't mind doing so if you requested it. Seems very harmless to me.
