looking for software

I am looking for a program that captures webcam shoots. My friend wants to use it for her mambers only section and I do as well.
I am not sure if there is one without having to have a conversation with someone or not but basically we want to be able to take still pics of webcam or take our own pics lol

I have win 98
also an above average camera that does webcam and video too

well Kara there should be some software that came with the camera that allows you to do all you want it
