Does anyone know of any places where you can rent a storage locker in downtown Toronto for a few months? And I am looking for a small locker (like the size of a gym locker). I know there are tons of storage locker rental places but the space is huge (and expensive), usually for people who need to store furniture and such. I need something fairly small (yes, I want to store my porn collection and other stuff I don't want guests to accidentally stumble across) and private. I don't want to have to get another membership to get access to a locker (like a gym membership). Does the bus terminal downtown have them for long term rental?
Any suggestions are very welcome!

First of all, what sort of guests are you expecting who will snoop through your stuff? Are you going away for a while and renting out? Besides a storage locker (probably your best bet) another thing you could do is get Canada Post to hold mail for you (this will cost something like $10/week and you might be doing this anyway), then box and mail your porn to yourself using the cheapest method possible. Canada Post will hold the parcel for you until you get back.
Alternatively, you could get a jobsite tool box and anchor it to the floor in eg: your furnace room, then padlock it - this would probably end up being as expensive as renting a locker unless you can get one used on Kijiji.
Or go the cheapest route: Go to Staples, buy a cardboard Banker's box and a Sharpie, put all your porn into it, tape it shut, and use the Sharpie to mark it: "PORN - Do not touch".
