Since I work downtown Ottawa, I would like to find the gem that would relieve my stress! Walking distance would be great!

You know... take a long lunch break and visit a 'friend' !

I did have a contact back then and she was on Laurier st, but she left the business. So, I am looking for someone to fill... humm.. to help with the stress.

There are many downtown; problem is, they are Ottawa standard as far as I know. A "gem" in Ottawa? Perhaps this is an oxymoron.
