Looking for best SP for tips and feedback.

I'm single right now so I thought I'd take this opportunity to get some learnin' done and upgrade my skills.

What I'd like is a recommendation of a nice easygoing SP who feels comfortable giving advice and criticism. Age, looks, and donation amount, aren't big factors. Availability is important to some extent as I totally lack the ability to book things a week ahead of time.

Not sure about Jane's advice; lots of women are uncomfortable giving feedback/criticism, so you're right to try to make sure about that before trying someone if that's what you're looking for. Ciara at Dream Makers wasn't at all shy about telling me what she wanted when I saw her.
