If that's what you mean, I have heard (from another SP in Kingston) that Chelsea from Paradise is open to BB options, however I have never asked her for any BB activities myself, so I can't confirm this, and I can't say what her extra donation would be. But, she's the only girl in Kingston that I've heard of who might be open to BB work. If you book her then find out she's not into BB, then the worst case is you spend $100 on some good old protected FS, from a fairly talented young lady. Good luck.
