What @Killatomata describes is actually my preferred choice most of the time, over FS option.
In an ideal world, I'd love to find a GND-type in the downtown core (private condo/apartment/house, rather than a hotel), who offers BBBJ/CIM(COF) --obviously understanding that YMMV-- that I could meet up with during or after work.
Wondering if anyone has any recommendations of SPs that enthusiastically offer this bj-only/30m type arrangement.

Emily J used to have a BBBJ session only (probably she still does; ask her, she is acconmodating). You can also CIM/COF. Nice smooth mouth.

I definitely recommend Emily J. Saw her last year for 1/2 hr - she extended it to at least 40-45min, made me feel welcome and at ease and delivered above and beyond. Wish I'd booked an hour - next time I will.
