Huh? By definition, massages with a HE with the hand are safe. Can you elaborate what you mean is 'safe'?

It’s my lack of experience in this hobby mixed in with working crazy hours that I probably come off as an idiot, I apologize.

I just am looking for a place or recommendation that will give me a good tease/edge massage while maintaining safe.

Almost every establishment is likely safe. You as the customer can determine the safeness of your experience.

so @Startering, did you ever define or figure out exactly what YOU mean by 'safe'? Are you one of these guys that think LE is just waiting around the corner to bust you personally and that's your definition of safe?

I guess my definition of safe would be something that starts with a conversation and no FS.
Also I would say I’m pretty skeptical/shy for sure. I still haven’t attempted to try to see anyone yet
