I'm taking in a concert with a good friend midweek. Are there any real nice restaurants (with good ambiance and great food) in close proximity to the Canon Theatre. Canon is at 244 Victoria Street (just north of Shuter) and within a close walk from the Eaton Centre.

It gives good service and is right across the street on Yonge. You need to make an appointment though as a lot of Theatre goers use it.
There are a couple on Elm Street just south of the Delta Chelsea too but require a 10 minute walk afterwards.
