The sad thing about unions is that after a while it becomes a little mini-mafia full of uptight shitheads who won't let anybody else join in. If you come to Toronto you will notice that local #183 is choked-full with old farts that never retire and don't let fresh meat come into the high-paying construction industry. Holy hell, just drive through some Toronto streets and you will see like 12 old farts patching a 3.ft X 3.ft hole on the street, only 2 work while the rest just watches in a circle drinking capuccino and their chins resting on their shovels............and these dinosaurs earn about $27.50 an hour each--- yikes!
