That's shity. That's usually common with teenagers or guys in their 20's, but not so much with guys in their 40's. It's quite the opposite. At least what I've been experiencing, Not being able to cum even on the 45 minute mark during sex, I have to jerk off to accomplish it. That's why I book 1 hour appointments now.

I would suggest either pulling one the night or morning of your appointment. ( Don't tell the provider you did that, they don't like to hear that too much) or Yes, switching to Cialis. More reliable and stays in your system for 36 hours.

Im in my 50s. I don’t like using higher dose of cialis cause give me headaches. If I do use one it’s 5 mg. One shot in 50 mins is the norm for me. And just book a longer session if I want try for the 2nd shot
