Should I just save my money?
I'm going to be in London next week. Based on what I've read here and elsewhere, it seems everything is expensive in London (especially after you factor in the exchange rate). I bluffed my way out of it, although in imminent danger of a 300 pound black woman attacking me...they only backed off when I suggested we get a police officer to mediate the dispute. Just like anywhere, they will take advantage of tourists.
The good SC's are mainly located in the East End. I recommend taking a taxi to & from because walking around the East End may get you mugged. I remember I found a website similar to TERB but dealing with London SC's before I went, but can't remember the URL. Try doing a search for "strip pubs". I'm pretty sure that's the keyword.

Actually, aside from that 1 incident, I had a great time. London women (and all Britons) love Canadians....it's so weird to go somewhere & be told that they like your accent!! And FYI, I actually did stagger around the East End one night after going to the Rainbow Sports Bar SC & had no problem, although I'm 6'3" & 200 lbs., so that might be a factor....
