England - a top hobbying city

England is a top place to hobby especially if you're used to Toronto-style hobbying (ie flat up-front fees that include a full and varied menu)

Be prepared to spend some serious $$$ but some of the action is outstanding. BBBJ is the norm in most massage places especially in any other city but London proper. The best review/resource guide is:

I lived Birmingham for a few years, and visited local MP regularly. I had never received a BJ without cover.

Guess you went to the wrong place! Or perhaps Birmingham has different local laws (I've never visited Birmingham)
