Login Password

A tenant of ours abandoned the building leaving behind 4 Dell & 1 HP servers.
I have just started on the first one but it has a login password for Windows Server 2003.
Is there some way to find that password or bypass it without re-installing windows?
I cannot find a way to even boot it up in DOS

Ok I installed another copy of XP on the D:/ drive.
I can see the C:/ drive.
Anyway to see the Windows Server 2003 password from here?

I recall a few yrs ago there was a thread on here about password recovery programs, I tried a few searches but couldn't find them.

No.
1. the tenant rented from us. He ran his internet company out of that space.
2. 4 Dell servers. 1 HP server
