Logging on and coming up an error.Any help appreciated

Hello Folks , hopefully someone can give me some idea what has happpened here.I have a profile on Plenty of fish.When i went to log-in tonite the following came up :

a note on this.My son added some gaming software on here today.Could that have anything to dow with the issue?

The error is coming from their server not your computer causing it. Try logging on with another computer to verify that.

If other computer works then clear all your browser cache and cookies and try again.

<rant>Way to go POF! These kinds of error messages give WAY too much information. Nothing like letting the general public know what's in the back end. They need to intercept a failure and give a soothing or at least non-informative error.</rant>
