Yep these sites are great for tv and movies. But these are after the shows have aired. Looking for a site that shows a live feed as the new episodes are on the channel.
Do you require the service to originate the signal? Or would you be content with a service that took the signal you're receiving at home, and made it available to you over the internet?
For an example of the latter, Hauppauge offer a few video encoder products that package with "WinTV", which you can set up with "WinTV Extend" on (e.g) iPhone, iPad, Android, and more. It'll allow you to control your set-top box remotely, process the video feed and send it over your internet connection. It requires a WiFi connection at the receiving end (i.e. it'll refuse to stream over 3G), but you have control over the feed. Total delay is on the order of several seconds.
