I have used this agency sucessfully in the past a few times with better than average results.

I called to try to book something for later in the day. (lately I have tried to book last minute without much sucess)

The nice man that answered the phone said to check back later...I asked about making an appointment and got a dial tone

Awww yes Customer Service, something that seems to be lacking these days everywhere.

I guess even if you find a good one they can fall into the trap of bad customer service sometimes. Lets hope that it is not catching elsewhere

That would be because Pasty (ME---> a.k.a Camielle Chase) left Joe....and Joe isn't computer friendly and has NO idea how important you hobbiests are!
