Lindsey Vonn won a downhill today. She is 41 years old. Oldest person ever to win a downhill on the World Cup circuit. Came back after a 5 year absence with a newly replaced knee! She has won 84 World Cup races, across all 5 disciplines. Without hyperbole, she can lay claim to being the greatest female athlete of all time.

Amazing accomplishment! Anyone who has ever tried to ski like that will KNOW what it takes to compete let alone just get to the end of the course.

i think the greatest of all time really depends on the criteria. However, what she accomplished is outstanding especially after all her injuries and absence from the sport.
I follow ski racing and am a fan of hers. So happy she won a race despite all the doubters. Excited to see what she can do at the Olympics. But must admit, I will be cheering on Sofia Goggia for gold.
