Saw this ad and thought the Belleville location had opened one in Kingston.
Emailed for info and within 10 minutes had 4 emails back from different email addresses.
Three of them tried to direct me to websites to enter my email address to get to their profile to get their phone number, obvious bot generated emails.
The fourth one seemed promising with direct answers to questions and a Kingston apartment building address.
I had mentioned if she needed a deposit to let me know to save time because I don't send in advance.
Then gave out a phone number to start texting and get pictures.
Once I texted it was like a totally different person who had no idea of the conversations that had taken place in the emails.
Rate and restrictions were sent again and both were lower than previously informed.
Set a time and then the kicker, I needed to give her my credit card information to pay 50% in advance once I was in the parking lot.
I said since I would be in the parking lot I would give her the full amount as soon as I walked in the door.
She wouldn't go for it and sent me a couple pictures.
RIS revealed they were a Russian porn star so I told I was on to the scam and to have a nice night.
Also noticed the room in the ad is identical to the ones in these ads.

So in a nutshell don't bother emailing for info.
