I'm not sure exactly what the story is but I expected she might not be there after the New Year. I saw her just before Xmas and she was having second thoughts about doing it and was going to think about it over the break. She has a boyfriend who doesn't know for one thing. I then saw Brigitte after Xmas and she said Lilly was dealing with some family emergency stuff. She also mentioned they were looking for new hires. Lily was sweet that's for sure.
