does anybody know if agencys in Ontario are licensed? is there such a thing as an escort agency business license, the reason I ask is if there are illegal or legal ones? I don't wanna get myself in trouble from seeing an escort

Having just opened my own agency, I went to the licensing office believing I required a license.. and I did not...

I have a business registration and a gst number...

That is all that is required at the present time...

Most cities do not require an agency or independent to be licensed with the exception of Windsor, Barrie and Sault Saint Marie. There maybe others but those are the ones that I know of in Ontario.
Some cities in BC and Alberta also require the escort to be licensed.

The Winnipeg Sun only accepts classified ads from licensed advertisers.

I don't know about legal oucall or incall, I thought the biggest bust in Toronto was an outcall agency and the owner is in jail now. Just don't get caught dude.

I believe that the reputable agencies insist on zero tolerance for drugs and check ID's ... I insist on one piece of ID being photo to ensure that the lady is of legal age...

Wasn't he pushing drugs as well... not only encouraging but selling? If my memory serves me right...
