Chef Paul Higgins retired as Executive Chef at the end of the 2022 Semester at George Brown Culinary Arts College. One of his students may have taken his place, Rob Rainford is teaching there by I don't know if he has the top position. Lately he's been teaching students how to cook with cannabis. He was the Executive Chef at the Old Mill, not sure if he still is.
