It's possible she just drives to wherever the calls come in. But I doubt it.

I'm guessing this isn't the real Lia Lanez but is instead a lookalike. (Just a guess.) Because as mentioned above the phone number is a BC area code, plus the Instagram account for the real Lia Lanez shows she was in Vegas when this Leolist account was posting ads in Ontario.

All that said, the woman in the photos is holding paper with the phone number hand written. If anyone does reach out, I'd love to hear the details.
