Five men face charges after prostitute sting

KITCHENER (Jun 11, 2004)

Five Kitchener men were picked up following a prostitution sting operation in the east-end of downtown Kitchener yesterday.

The men, whose ages ranged from 27 to 51, were charged with communication for the purpose of obtaining the sex services of a prostitute.

One is also facing drug-related charges after being found carrying marijuana.

The operation lasted for most of the day, Staff-Sgt. Doug Sheppard said.

I never understand why would anyone would take the risk of picking up a streetwalker when you could just as easily get arrested at an illegal incall operation. Could that be the "Terbite thought of the day? Life is full of risks. I could get hit by a school bus crossing the street, but probably only if CEO was the driver!
