Yes, I have already searched the forum for related topics, but I have yet to find a technical straight-forward explanation.

Are incalls a criminal offense?

I've also searched the net,but I have to find a statement re:incalls from a reliable source.

Also, has anyone in the Hamilton area been arrested for doing incalls?

Am I correct in that police are more interested in busting up massage parlors and otherwise less classy prostitution operations? We all know there have been some long running incall locations that haven't been touched.

Why would anyone ever imagine there'd be a "straight-forward explanation" for the legal status of naughty business places?

LOL good point....

In reality as long as the incall doesn't attract too much attention, of LE or the neighbours, then they can operate for years.....

This reminds me of an incall I went to down on bay, I could find the door no problem because it was worn in the middle from everyone knocking...all the other suite doors were pristine....lol it was TFF...

The short version? Yup, they are illegal. I believe the term is keeping a bawdy house......
You are almost correct... think the term is "Common Bawdy House"....you can have a private bawdy house, just not a common one.....I'd like to think some incalls stay in business because they are "Exceptional Bawdy Houses"
