Me and this girl I’ve been seeing went on this long dirt road today and she went down on me while I played with myself and went in her mouth,

there was a van that came around and we stopped… guy gets out with his dogs and goes for a long walk with them

he’s 150 yards away so I tell her to keep going, we finish up and I wipe her face off with some
Wipes.. we pull off and start driving and doesn’t this woman get out of said van (guess she was staying back) and gets out to take a picture of my car and plate…

I couldn’t give two fucks if that’s how boring your life is, but the main question here is.. what can be done if she decides to turn these pics into the cops with my plate as I’m driving away?

She can’t prove anything.. from her vantage point it probably looked like I was changing in my car

Had something like this happen - guy got mad while I was parking and he got out and took pictures and video and made threats, so I did a bit of research.

Basically anyone can find out the name of a car owner by paying a fee to the province and waiting for them to mail it to them. Takes a week or so.

It doesn’t include the address, but depending on your name it may be easy enough to find you on social media etc.

So it’s not a cop thing, it’s a personal thing, and at least in my case the guy clearly lost interest after the threats, and your stalker likely will as well.

Not a lawyer here, but you made the effort to drive to a deserted road, and when someone else came along, you waited until they were gone. So you had an “expectation of privacy”. I think that makes sex in a car legal, even if the woman saw what you were doing, a reasonable person in your situation expected that nobody was around.

Don't worry. Very little is prosecuted here. And when it is with a conviction, they are given a slap on the wrist. It's basically turning into the wild west except only the criminals have the guns. Cops don't care about shit like this nor should they. Weird thing is nobody seems to care.

I got road head around the GTA in the early 2000s and at a red light guy next to me smiled and gave the thumbs up. This was back when it was still pretty much flip phones, but I didn't get a hard time. Light turned green and we just drove as normal and she carried on without looking up.
