Hey was Woolco and Woolworth sister stores ....like Zellers and The Bay

I remember being very young going to a Simpsons @the Eaton Center and a Kresgies was the nearest thing to a dollar store lol

Are all the Eatons completely gone from Toronto too ? I know they were closing some up a while ago ,but not sure if they all went down .

It's like that for some of the Wal-marts here in Ottawa too. I'd be more willing to go at 2 am rather than have my foot run over by some old biddy which happened to me yesterday as I was picking up wrapping paper from Zellers. Much less stressful and my feet wouldn't feel so bad either!

Thats exactly what I was thinking .I had to buy a few minor things like tape ,bows,giftbags,the other day it took like 25 minutes to purchase it !What a great way to deal with insomnia but shop til you drop LOL

Speaking of Walmart lol ..they seem to carry a brand of condoms that I havent been able to find anywhere else .I forget the brand but let me tell ya these new grape ,pepsi,flavors are so dam yummy much better then the durex ..

LOL ..Dont you love the Sunday drivers ..trying to find a parking spot ...then as soon as you notice a spot and ready to grab it ..theres some knucklehead trying to nose in like its his .....Well Im surprised they dont have extra security in the parking lots during this time of year !! This guy says he was there waiting first ...as hes screaming and waving his hands as his poor family is trapped in the car with this moron .So I get out and say FARK OFF you FRuiTCAKE .....to only make him go for the cashews they were munching on to start a food fight ...Then once this idiot was done harming me with cashews lol ....I realized FARK I cant leave my car here with this numbfart bouncing around I might come back and have no tires or possible cashews in the gas tank .So then I go and move the car to only have to wait 20 more minutes to find another spot.So this 24 hour opening will have lesss parking frustrations too

I think they were. Barrie just had the Woolworth on Bayfield with the large lunch counter.
