So a question for all you men out there who last 20 mins or more..how often do you guys jerk off or have sex? I have noticed that if I don't jerk off or have sex for a 3/4 days I often last a bit longer..Just met this girl a few weeks ago who told me that she was constantly pounded for 45 mins by a guy..I know at times a girl would magnify the number a bit..but even 30 mins is quite the time..any other tips?

Doesn't matter how often you do it what matters is how tight and fast your grip is and your recharge period. If i don't do it for 1-2 weeks I last 30 min, if I don't do it for a month I last 15 min. If I do it the morning before I can probably go 1hr+ or not be able to get it up at all.
One of the few good things about getting older is that you naturally can last longer and control the timing of your O better.
Trouble is you keep on getting older to the point of having a difficult time coming, not to mention getting and staying hard.

If you're pounding a girl for any long period of time, it's going to get boring for her. Mix it up a bit: slow, fast, hard, soft, different positions. I rub one out a couple times a week and practice edging when I do , deep breathing and control techniques. This has allowed me to pretty much gain total control and can hold out as long as i want. Read up on this type of stuff online. There is plenty of information and with some time and effort you too will be master of your .... well you know
