Do a search...lot's of info.
Unless you have major bucks you are looking to unload...stay away from the escorts in ads. They charge a fortune and everything is an extra. When I was in Vegas in January, I had the best luck sitting at some of the higher end casino's lounges. The mandalay bay is my reccomendation, easy to spot, easy to engage in conversation, and you can negotiate with most of them.

You can also take a drive out to one of the brothels, there are a few of them outside Las Vegas, sometimes there are porn stars working out of them.
