Las Vegas - clubs & escorts reviewed?

I've been to Vegas a few times, but I would recommend highly against hobbying there. There's alot of bait-and-switching, the prices are insanely inflated, not just compared to here, but also to other places in the US, and the services offered are very restrictive. The strip clubs, like the Spearmint Rhino and Sapphire's have decent eye candy, and if you just want to check that out, then you won't be disappointed, but again, your mileage, unless you're willing to drop a few Gs will be non-existent.
You would have a better chance of going to a club like Tryst, ordering a few bottles, flashing some cash, and waiting for girls to flock.

Hobbying is illegal in Vegas proper. It is, however, OK in Reno. Can't say I've ever been, truthfully, but I have scoped it out for an upcoming trip sometime before xmas. But, yeah, from what I see mu11 is right, prices are pretty inflated.
Yeah I forgot about the whole illegal thing. Kinda important, and explains the high prices, restrictive services, and bait-and-switching. I've never tried to hobby there, mind you, but I've read enough to warn me off. I was approached by a escort at Blush (the bar in the Wynn Hotel) and any interest I might have had was gone the moment she made a reference to a $2000 'donation'

Don't even think about it. Overpriced, underserviced, illegal. You don't need any more reasons
Here's my thoughts. I liken Vegas to an amusement park. I have XYZ amount of money I am willing to part with as if I lost it. No return on the investment. Take that attitude and you'll have a great time.
The best info for Vegas is www.theeroticreview.com. Register free. You can buy a 30 day membership for $20 and I believe you can get 30 days free with a review. The $20 gets you all the escort reviews. Has 1000's of reviews and there is a forum area too that's helpful. That's free. I usually join a month before I go to Vegas and do my research and booking. When you vacation in LV, you are on holiday from hobbying. See The sights, visit Hoover Dam, see the Grand Canyon, Try something new like going to the range and firing every Rambo gun of your fantasies. Why go all the way to LV and hobby at 4 times the price and get less?
Thanks for the comments. Seems almost unanimous; play tourist and see the local sites, but leave the hobbying to Toronto... Guess I'll spend the night having a great meal (food), wine and take in a show. Back in Toronto late next week and will save my $$$ for a professional (or two

Avoid the mexican guys handing out the B&S Escort Business cards.
Your best bet is to actually pick up other tourists. Listen for other accents and strike up a conversation with them about their country, this works especially well if you have been there. You can pick up girls from Australia, England and Scotland quite easily.

I agree to majority of all posters here. Hobbying in Vegas isn't worth it. Everything is sooooo expensive. Girls are everywhere, depending which hotel you stay, most of these SPs will hang around on the casino floor to look for businesses and vice versa, usually later at night around 9 to 10.
As for strip clubs, YMMV depending on the cash you are willing to drop.
Enjoy Vegas, experience it there, scenery, the vibe.....I loved it there.
