ESPN reported today that Lance was considering a comeback - that would be the shortest retirement in history. I guess anything to piss off the French....

Really? Hummm, in a recent interview by Discovery Channel on the post race, they asked him if he would consider racing again and he said that that was definitely his last race and the only way he'll come back is in a coaching position to prep the next "leader" once they find that special someone who has what it takes to become the next Lance.
Its time for Lance to try the Giro (Italy) and the Vuelta (Spain). Only if he wins those can he be considered the best there ever was.
I think he should skip the tour and focus on the other two. I think that would also pissoff the french.

The American's and French always talk shit about one another, even before the current war in Iraq. I found it amusing when the American's took food such as French Fries and French Toast and re-named it Freedom Fries and Freedom Toast.
I hope Lance takes one more run at the Tour de France, and wins it again in the process. That should make the French media even more jealous.

Observation: Went to Quebec City on the long weekend.....noticed that the official tag line on the Quebec provincial billboards states "National Capital"......WTF? Bloody separatists......
