Years ago I learned a close friends secret to giving good phone . As soon as she picked up the phone she started smiling just before she started talking . That smile comes through the phone and many people commented on her wonderful phone manner .
Once again this weekend I decided not to see an SP because her phone manner made her seem unappealing . Right from the unenthusiastic hello to when she got a little impatient because we had a bad connection and I couldn't quite get what she was saying . She may be a terrific girl face to face but I will never know because she couldn't interest me enough to walk through her door .
